This is one of my favourite photos of our cat. It came out seriously over-exposed, and I could have fixed some of that in post-production, but I like the way the bright background reinforces the focus of the cat on the toy he is “hunting”.

This photo is from July of 2016, when the cat was 11 years old. That pink mouse is still his favourite.
