Random comment about the summer in Melbourne

There’s no manly way of shooing flies away from your face when you’re walking on the street.

    Are you sure Wilson? I find the lazy back-and-forth wave about 20cm in front of the face while looking around works well…I imagine that if anyone looked, they would see someone nonchalant enough to seem as if he doesn’t care, but well-adjusted enough to Aussie conditions anyway ;-)

    Alternatively a loud karate-chop and verbal “Shoo Fly!” explosion does the trick for my kids!
